I-Cars multi-platinum gold Achievers – Australasian Paint & Panel
Achieving I-Car Gold Class accreditation is viewed by many companies as a notable achievement, recognizing a commitment to training in all key roles within the company. As the collision repair industry grows more complex, validating the knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe, and quality repairs gives reassurance to business owners and customers alike.
One of the Gold Class requirements is for a Senior Technician from each of the key roles to achieve Platinum Individual status. Platinum status is achieved by successfully completing 40 hours of technical training covering all aspects of the role so that they become the expert in that position. All other staff are required to complete 16 hours of training on their specific roles. While the company engages in continuous training each year, each staff member continues to accumulate training knowledge and recognition.
