Star Citizen Launches New Drake Cutlass Steel Dropship, Full Scale PvP Battles

The highlight of the Alpha 3.16 update is the fan favorite PvP event Jumptown which has been reworked and improved to make it more fun. Dubbed Jumptown 2.0, the current event is inspired by a popular PvP community event where players battle for precious drug resources.
Most importantly, the new PvP event brings full-scale battles to Star Citizen. During the event, legal and criminal players will battle it out for control of valuable drug crates at various outposts of the Stanton System.
As mentioned earlier, the PvP event has been revamped to make it more interesting, and one of the changes is the Drug Lab building, which has been significantly beefed up. Additionally, the updated Drug Lab location features new cover options, hideouts, and rooftop access to give players more infiltration options.
Additionally, players will now need to bring a multi-tool with a tractor beam attachment to get the large SCU containers on the map. To get started with the PvP event, simply open the Mission Manager and navigate to the Priority category. You can choose the legal path in the General tab or the illegal path in the Personal tab. This way you will receive both the contact details of the drug lab and where to sell the packages.
The next step is to fly to the lab, which will be marked on the HUD and Starmap. One thing will not change: the pharmaceutical laboratory will still be in the Crusader, microTech or ArcCorp space. Depending on which side you choose (legal or illegal), you will need to take the drugs to the corresponding LEO stations.
The main objective of the PvP event is to find the drug generator inside the lab, which will pump out a contraband box every 30 seconds. Keep in mind that the times will not start until you enter the previous box.
Star Citizen’s new Jumptown 2.0 event will run for over two weeks at different times. You can find the holiday schedule for the PvP event below:

Moving on to the next big thing included in the update, the new Drake Cutlass Steel dropship is a variation of the Drake Cutlass, which replaces the cargo capacity with room for 18 folding seats to transport troops to the frontline as well as weapons and missiles. .
The new battle-ready Drake Cutlass Steel dropships come with 13 cannons, plenty of missiles, and the ability to transport over 20 people to combat zones. It is also important to add that 5 of these 13 guns are modified GT-210 Yellowjacket anti-personnel Gatlings mounted on its doors.
If you’re into combat missions and want to own the Drake Cutlass Steel, you can buy it right now for $ 250, or you can grind it and buy it with in-game credits.

But wait, there is more! Alpha 3.16 introduces several important tweaks to the legal system, including an overhaul of the friendly fire system. The purpose of these adjustments is to make group play smoother and more enjoyable. Some of these improvements include the ability to legally defend friends without being fired first, names of victims in offense notices, and accidental missile locks not adding a full CrimeStat.
Expect revamped visuals for the Arena Commander’s Dying Star as well, along with an expanded play area and reworked boundaries at the edge of the map.
Finally, Star Citizen update Alpha 3.16 adds significant improvements to Grav-Lev and Atmospheric Bounties. The former has been completely reworked, so players using hoverbikes should notice some major improvements in handling and stability.
When it comes to Atmospheric Bounties, Star Citizen players playing the role of Bounty Hunters can now pursue Contracts over Caves on microTech, Outposts on ArcCorp and more with new Bounties across Stanton, including targets hiding in the atmosphere in all systems of the system. major planets.
